Call Centre Agent

  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Complete locate requests
  • Assist callers with locate inquiries
  • Utilize mapping skills to determine accurate work areas

Look-Up/Research Agent

  • Analyze maps to provide office clearances
  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Assist callers with clearance inquiries
  • Make outbound phone calls to provide office clearances

Help Desk Coordinator

  • Assist internal and external clients with problem resolution
  • Member support and relations
  • Complaint and escalation handling

Team Leader

  • Manage a team of call centre agents
  • Evaluate agent performance
  • Develop and implement action plans
  • Lead agents to maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Provide support, coaching, motivation and training for agents
