Call Centre

Accu-Link Call Centres currently houses the call centre for four companies; Ontario One Call, BC One Call, Maritimes & Northeast Pipelines, and Bell West Manitoba. Locate requests of all priority levels are taken from all excavators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Clients receive several valuable services from the Call Centre, outlined below:

  • Servicing all excavator types, including homeowners, contractors, municipalities, utilities, landlords, and business owners
  • Consistent, detailed, and accurate information obtained on each locate request
  • State-of-the-art GIS mapping system to ensure accurate member notification
  • Customized plant coverage over the base map to ensure notification only when there is plant in the vicinity of the dig
  • Immediate dispatch of locate request information in a variety of formats
  • Emergency locate dispatch via telephone to locating companies within 5 minutes of receipt of the locate request
  • If your company recognizes any excavation criteria that do not pose a threat to your plant, an automatic clearance can be issued immediately to the excavator on your behalf
